Heres some tips you could try to resolve:

1. Try reloading the page

2. Make sure you have Quicktime installed

3. Make sure 'Private Browsing' in not enabled in Safari

4. Right-click (or hold down the ctrl key and click) the movie and choose 'Plugin Settings..' then either click 'Empty Download Cache' or deselect 'Save movies in disk cache'

It is possible you may need to close and re-open the browser after trying any of the above steps.
