Servicing Pricing
These prices relate to the use of Activata Virtual PABX, they do not relate to the numbers that are required without Activata Virtual PABX, i.e. Non geographic numbers straight to a UK landline, for specific costs information then look at the information number type, see Number Types or call sales on 0800 0728 758.

Service Pricing Details
To Operate and run an Activata Virtual PABX service you are charge for two elements, a daily rental for the service and any call charges. To fund the service you have to buy an operating voucher (min £25.00) to cover the cost of the service for the period of time you wish to run it, taking into consideration any call charges.

Customers who run their services with revenue generation telephone numbers can use these revenues to fund their services and have any surplus balances paid to them.

Below lists the charges that will be charged by Activata:

  2. Call recording

Call charges and revenues
When calls are received dependent on the number type there maybe a call charge (inbound call charges) or revenue. Calls that result in a call diversion also incur a charge ( outbound call charges), the level of the charge depends on the destination telephone number (UK, Mobile, International).

 

 

Note: Any revenues are put towards the costs of the diverted calls. This can effectively provide zero cost call diversion services, this is dependent on the number diverted to and the call volume.

Revenue Payments
Any revenues earnt are accrued into an Uncleared Revenue Balance and to the operating Balance (to fund any charges). This accrual occurs at the end of each call.

The uncleared revenue then waits to be cleared, this occurs monthly and therefore initially may take up to 60 days. When this occurs surplus uncleared revenue for the period is transferred to Cleared Revenue Balance. This is available to be paid when the balance exceeds 50.00 pounds.

As the revenue is paid into the operating balance, it is possible that not all the uncleared revenue is available at time of clearence, owing to call and service charges over the period. Therefore, a surplus figure is calculated, which takes into account an operating balance threshold for the next month, it is this surplus tht is transferred into the revenue cleared balance.

A statement is produced monthly, if appropriate, which is emailed to the registered Account holder, all balances (operating, uncleared revenue) are also accessible from the Account Administration pages.

You can have your prompts professionally recorded the costs are calculated by the system upon request. The charges used for the basis of the quote generated are:

What are they?
All costs involved in running an Activata service are taken from your Account Operating Balance, this is a real time balance of the monies in your Account. Once confirmed the value of the voucher is added to your Operating Balance and the funds are available to be used as you wish. You can request automatic operating vouchers that will automatically top up your account by debiting your credit or debit card when your account reaches a pre-determined low threshold value.

How to pay
The usual manner is to pay online via credit or debit card. When your order the service you may choose an Automatic Operating voucher which is purchased automatically whenever your operating balance reaches a low watermark (20% of the balance)value. This feature is selected when purchasing and easily turned on or off at your request.

The main benefit is that it ensures that your account will always remain active and funded.
