PABX is a professional telephone system but rather than installing equipment at your premises the equipment is located in our telephone exchange and callers are diverted to numbers you supply us, one of the advantages of this is that callers could be diverted to your home or office and they will not be aware of your physical location which provides flexibility to you.

We can set up hunt groups which consist of a list of telephone numbers you supply us, when a caller is connected to a hunt group the system will try the first number in the hunt group, if that number is busy or not answering the system will try the next number, whilst this is going on the caller listens to music. Hunt groups will allow the caller to be put through to the first available member of staff, but can also be used to track you down wherever your location.
